Duties/
Responsibilities:
Reinforces the Company's Safety-First culture; Conduct root cause analysis of safety incidents and accidents to identify underlying causes and develop effective prevention strategies; Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents, including investigation findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Maintains OSHA compliance at all locations; Implements emergency, occupational safety, risk & security assessments for each site Provides leadership and oversite of quality programs.
Establishes procedures and policies for quality control; e.
g.
ISO 9001 & similar programs Generates reports & KPI s using various computer programs; Supports site security protocols; Engages personnel with performance issues; All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Excellent analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and software systems in general; Ability to lead and train fellow ISO Audit Team members; Familiarity with ISO Quality management systems or other comparable methodology.

Experience:
Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred 1 Year Safety Compliance Experience Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; Ability to be on call as needed; Up to 20% travel to company sites, meetings, etc.
