Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up PC's, Printers and peripherals.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and system problems.
Repair IT related equipment as needed.
Provide daily technical support for users.
Install and configure new equipment - switches, routers, APs and computers Assist in roll out of software patches/updates to workstations and plant PCs.
Research, Test and apply new technology methods and practices.
Provide end user support for any Windows 11/10 and Microsoft Office issues.
Other job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Associates degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
3
years of IT related work experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office is required.
(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge and understanding of LAN networking - (Local Area Networks) Knowledge and understanding of routers and switches Knowledge of Microsoft server Active Directory (Creating domain users and permissions) Production ERP and SAP Crystal Reports knowledge desired A strong understanding of computer hardware and ability to follow directions and ask questions when needed.
Ability to learn quickly.
