Are you an experienced Shipping/Receiving Coordinator looking for a new role? Do you enjoy problem solving and coordinating with different departments? At Doncasters we are looking for a Shipping/Receiving Lead to join our Doncasters Southern Tool team based in Oxford, AL.
Working as part of a small but experienced team, you will complete a range of clerical functions supporting the Shipment and Receiving of castings and supplies, as well as coordination with outside vendors.
This is a varied business support role allowing you the opportunity to work on a variety of activities independently and as part of a team.
You play a key supportive role in a variety of tasks to ensure proper documentation is issued and followed prior to product shipment.
You will use your expertise to read, interpret and follow specifications, shipping instructions, and purchase orders.

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic Understanding of clerical work, preferably in a manufacturing environment General knowledge of shipping procedures Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with vendors Strong computer skills Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
