Greet customers, determine their needs and match to vehicles in inventory.
Learn the features, trim levels, etc.

Lead customers through proven steps that develop leads into sales Accompany customers on an informative test drive Present figures and explain financing options to customers Close deals Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads Follow up with prospective customers that encourages repeat and referral business Product Specialist - Job Requirements:
Previous sales experience in any industry is preferred.
